Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are confident you’ll love it. But if for any reason it’s not the right fit, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item for a refund to your original payment method, provided the conditions in this policy are met.
This returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees you a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For a return due to change of mind to be accepted, products must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Returned within 30 days of purchase

Change of mind returns are not accepted for:

Items that have been used or show signs of wear

Complimentary promotional items, including prizes or giveaways
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise required by law.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FAULTY OR PROBLEMATIC PRODUCTS (YOUR ACL RIGHTS)
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. In the case of a minor fault, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact our team immediately via hello@whogivesaflying.com with your order number.
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
All returned items must be re-packaged in either their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection. If items are not packaged appropriately, WHO GIVES A FLYING reserves the right to refuse the return.
COMPLIMENTARY AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Products obtained through promotional prizes, giveaways, or complimentary offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you are returning an order that included promotional or complimentary items, these must also be returned. If they are not included, the retail value of those items will be deducted from your total refund.
